Terms of Service
Last updated July 5, 2026. These terms apply when you use Tavallio at tavallio.ai, app.tavallio.ai, and related Tavallio services.
Summary
Tavallio helps you get work done across your connected accounts. You control what you connect and what you ask Tavallio to do. Review important outputs and sensitive actions before relying on them, follow the law, keep your account secure, and pay for any plan or commitment you choose.
Agreement To These Terms
By creating an account, connecting a service, starting a subscription, or using Tavallio, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Tavallio for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Using Tavallio
Tavallio is an AI assistant that can answer questions, use connected services, run actions, browse websites, create files, manage automations, and help with tasks you request. You are responsible for the instructions you give Tavallio and for reviewing important results before relying on them.
Accounts And Security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless the activity was caused by Tavallio failing to apply reasonable security measures.
Connected Services
When you connect Google, Slack, Notion, Stripe, browser sessions, local devices, or other services, you authorize Tavallio to access and act on those services within the permissions you approve. You can disconnect services where Tavallio or the third-party provider offers controls.
Approvals And Sensitive Actions
Some workflows may send messages, change records, create calendar events, interact with websites, spend credits, request payments, or otherwise affect your accounts. Tavallio may ask for confirmation before sensitive actions, but you remain responsible for checking that the requested action is correct.
AI Outputs
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Tavallio is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated advice. You should review outputs and use your own judgment before taking action.
Your Content
You keep ownership of content you upload, connect, type, or create through Tavallio. You grant Tavallio the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, transform, and use that content to provide the service, complete your requested workflows, maintain security, and support your account.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Tavallio to break the law, violate third-party rights, abuse systems, send spam, scrape in ways that violate applicable rules, bypass security, create malware, harass people, impersonate others, avoid payment, or process data you are not allowed to use.
Third-Party Services
Tavallio works with third-party services and providers. Those services may have their own terms, policies, rate limits, availability, permissions, and charges. Tavallio is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability And Changes
We aim to keep Tavallio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, limit, or remove features when needed for security, legal, operational, commercial, or product reasons.
Termination
You may stop using Tavallio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if we need to protect users, Tavallio, or third parties.
Subscriptions, Trials, Usage, And Commitments
Paid plans, trials, usage allowances, credits, renewal terms, and commitment offers are shown at checkout or in the app. Any additional checkout terms for the plan you choose also apply.
- Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
- Yearly prepaid plans are paid upfront for the stated term unless checkout says otherwise.
- Trial and promotional offers show the trial length, price, included usage, renewal plan, and renewal price before checkout.
- If you accept a 12-month commitment paid monthly, early cancellation requires paying the stated exit fee before the commitment is removed.
- Changing, removing, or cancelling a payment method does not cancel a plan or remove amounts already due.
- If payment fails, Tavallio may retry payment, ask for updated billing details, restrict paid features, or pause access until the account is brought up to date.
- Failed task or prompt refunds may be credited back to usage where Tavallio states that guarantee applies.
Google Services
Tavallio can connect to Google services such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Tasks when you approve access.
- Google access is optional and only begins after you authorize Tavallio through Google OAuth.
- Tavallio uses Google data only to provide or improve user-facing features you request or enable.
- Tavallio does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or ML models.
- You can disconnect Google inside Tavallio where available and can also revoke Tavallio access from your Google Account permissions page.
Intellectual Property
Tavallio, including its software, design, branding, models of operation, workflows, and service content, belongs to Tavallio or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Tavallio except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
Tavallio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that every task will succeed, that every output will be accurate, or that third-party services will remain available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tavallio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services or user instructions. Tavallio's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Tavallio in the three months before the claim or USD $100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms when Tavallio changes, when legal requirements change, or for operational reasons. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Your continued use of Tavallio after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
