Delete your Tavallio account

You can permanently delete your account from Tavallio without contacting support.

Delete your account in the app

  1. 1. Sign in to Tavallio.
  2. 2. Open Settings, then choose Account.
  3. 3. Choose Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Tavallio account and personal workspace data, including saved chats, memories, files, profiles, automations, and connected-service credentials, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention.

Cancel store subscriptions separately

Deleting Tavallio does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in your device's store subscription settings to stop future renewals.

Cannot access your account?

Email support@tavallio.ai from the address associated with your Tavallio account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
